Your planning fee covers our time, expertise, and access to trusted travel partners. With it, you’ll receive:

📅 How It Works
- Select the Plan to Go package that fits your trip
- Submit the planning form with your details
- We’ll research & send you a custom quote
- You have 5 days to submit your deposit to lock in pricing
⏰ If you don’t book within 5 days, your planning fee will be retained as compensation. A new quote will require a new planning fee.

- This fee will be applied to your booking if you move forward within 10 days.
- If your travel plans are cancelled for any reason, this fee is non-refundable.

Fork n Fly is an independent travel agency. We’re not paid hourly. Our income comes through commissions from vendors when you book. While we're happy to answer questions and help you dream up your perfect trip, crafting custom packages requires real time, skill, and insider knowledge. This fee ensures we’re fairly compensated for the work we do behind the scenes.

Available Packages
If you already know where you'd like to stay and your exact dates, I offer a reduced Plan to Go fee that covers my time in booking, confirming your trip, and giving you access to your payment portal. That way, you still get professional service and support without paying for research you don’t need.

This option is available by invitation only. If you think the Fast Track Booking might be right for you, just reach out, and we can discuss whether it’s the best fit for your travel plans.
FAST TRACK BOOKING IS $30 TOTAL (PLEASE SELECT "1 PARTICIPANT")

DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING FEE: $500 TOTAL, NOT PER PERSON

What’s included:
- *Serve as the main point of contact between you and the resort’s wedding department
- *Answer all travel and planning-related questions for you and your guests
- *Research and secure the best group hotel/resort rates for your wedding group
- *Create and manage a personalized wedding website and payment portal with full accommodation and travel details
- *Book each guest’s room based on availability and preferences
- *Accept payments online and by phone, providing balance updates and receipts
- *Coordinate round-trip airport transfers for each guest who books through us
- *Provide group status updates (registered and deposited guests) upon request
- *Send automated payment reminders and important travel details to your guests
- *Coordinate group flights for 10 or more guests flying from the same city (or assist individuals if needed)
- *Optional: Set up a group chat and/or Q&A space to keep everyone informed and connected
- *Optional: Offer on-site hosting during travel and wedding dates (available for an additional fee)
- *Provide a wedding travel timeline with suggested due dates for deposits, final payments, and travel documents
- *Share a planning checklist for the couple to help you stay on track with key milestones
- *Priority response time and personalized check-ins for the couple throughout the planning process
Important Details:
This service is available only after you’ve contacted Fork n Fly and secured your wedding date directly with your chosen resort. The $500 fee must be paid within 14 days of confirming your wedding date.
In the event of a cancellation (by the resort or the couple), this fee is non-refundable and retained as compensation for time and services rendered.
